Kirk Burns /
Whether it be cannabis, hemp, CBD wholesaling, the trucking industry or motivational speaking, Kirk has an extensive skill set that has proven beneficial in multiple settings. Sales, project development, lead operations and recruitment abilities, are skills that he has cultivated and thrived upon for many years. When it comes to problem-solving, he excels at finding solutions, whether from tried and true methods or from unconventional thinking After selling his trucking firm in 2016, he began working with startups, incubators and mentoring young budding entrepreneurs.
“Happy, Joyous and Free” is the goal of each and every day.
Kirk lives in the greater Chicago-Land area with his better half Laura. They have 5 children and three dogs.

After working for one of the largest firms in Westchester County, NY for over 16 years, Nick started his own development firm in Greenwich, CT. His company earned five industry awards for excellence. His firm developed some of the most iconic projects in the Fairfield, CT area. Transferring his skill set to real estate finance, Nick Co-Founded BLR Capital Partners, a real estate advisory firm. With Knowledge and experience in t=financing complicated deals and an introduction into the cannabis and CBD world, he dove into starting Canna-Wealth Elevation with Kirk. Putting a client’s needs first, has always been at the top of Nicks business intent.
‘Be Fair Have Fun’, has been the mantra of his business’s since day one
Nick lives in Stamford CT and has been married to his wife Jill for 25 years. They have two children.
Bob Dubowsky / Senior Account Rep.
During his ten years as the owner of two aerospace manufacturing companies, Bob developed an in depth knowledge of business financing and alternatives to bank financing. Upon leaving the industry, he represented private SBA lenders and joined CWE co-founder Nick Barile at BLR Capital Partners. His interest in CBD, and its medicinal properties, began about five years ago when his best friend’s daughter, who suffers from Dravette Syndrome, was entered into the clinical trial for Epidiolex.
Bob’s hobbies include fishing, cooking and, helping his son and son-in-law remodel houses.
Bob lives in Bristol, CT with Colleen, his wife of 39 years. They have two children and two grandchildren.

Joey has been in the hemp business for 10 years. As a supply chain development specialist, Joey has been working actively in the market establishing platforms for vertical integration; from seed to processed material. His network of partners, buyers, sellers and logistics, brings a valuable breadth to CWE.

Starting at 12 years old selling newspapers and graduating to working as a sales representative in commercial furnishings products to professional services, he has truly worked in all aspects of the selling world. After working in several field sales jobs in he career, he understands what it takes to be successful in the sales world.
After graduating Cum Laude with a Mass Communications BA, Michael worked as a career “road warrior” sales representative for three different companies in 20 years. His 15 years within the Nutraceutical Industry combined with his various other selling roles in her career provided a deep understanding of the sales process from several different perspectives.

Brennan comes to us from Atlanta, Georgia and has a two year old daughter, Shiloh Grace.
